Any information on this pin is appreciated, as I received it in a group of Cast Member-oriented pins but have no history on the pin.

 

This is a round silver-colored pin with the profile of Mickey Mouse (left) facing right; he holds a pair of binoculars in his left hand. On the upper right side, on the curve, is "Casting Scout."

 

The pin measures 1" (25 mm) diameter. The backstamp is "© DISNEY, Taiwan."
