This pin looks like the Disneyland Office Pin Trading Pin. Only it says PIN TRADING DISNEYANA around the pin, inside the circle is Tokyo and the Ribbon has 2001 on either side of the castle. The back indicates it's Disneyana Pin Trading LE 300.
