Bought in Florida in a souvenir shop - The card says The Sunshine State - Collector pin. It is part of a group of pins manufactured by Jerry Leigh Entertainment Apparel, a company with a license to sell Disney Merchandise.
The edition size, though not stamped on the back of the pin, is 1,296. This is also a part of the Hawaii series pins.
