Bought in Florida in a souvenir shop. The card says "The Sunshine State - Collector pin." It is part of a group of pins manufactured by Jerry Leigh Entertainment Apparel, a company with a license to sell Disney Merchandise.

Scrapper Alert: Donald's face is a disaster on the scrapper version. His beak is a bright yellow and his mouth is an olive green color. There are several other colors that are messed up on the pins as well.
