The dragon Maleficent does her very worst against the valiant Prince Philip on this elegant, gold-finished character pin, a Disney Auctions exclusive in a limited edition of 100 super jumbo, dimensional, multilayer pins inspired by Walt Disney's 1959 animated classic Sleeping Beauty. Arriving in its own, very special collector's box, this is one of a very limited number of super jumbo pins that will be offered by Disney Auctions.
MATERIALS: base metal, hard enamel.
Maleficent, as the large fire-breathing dragon, is shooting green flames at Sleeping Beauty's Prince Philip. Philip is riding a white horse, and is using a blue shield to block the flames - he has his sword in his right hand. They are fighting on a black stone bridge. This is a multi-layered pin. The dragon wings and tail are the bottom layer. The dragon body and the flame coming from the mouth is the next layer up. The next layer is the drawbridge, which is in two pieces. The top layer is Prince Phillip, Samson, and the green flames surrounding them. The green flames from the dragon's mouth and around the dragon glow in the dark.
