A Surprise pin from DSF - Sorcerer Mickey Mouse from Fantasia leaves his handprints in Hollywood in this Limited Edition pin. This pin is part of a collection of Hollywood themed pins created especially for Disney's Soda Fountain and Studio Store.
This Classic Mickey, dressed as the Sorcerer's Apprentice, stands near his gold Hollywood "Sorcerer" star and two handprints. Both of Mickey's hands drip with cement as he stares a little to his right with a look of awe.
The pin is approx 1 1/4 tall and 1 5/8" wide. The backstamp reads: Disney Soda Fountain and Studio Store Hollywoood Limited Edition 500 (c) Disney China. The backing has a "dot" waffle pattern backing.
There is a single post with the nub attached which is centered on the pin and just above the box.
This is one of the only pins that shows Sorcerer Mickey with the "Pie Eyes". Fantasia was released in 1940 after Mickey had lost the Pie Eyed look!
