Stitch is sitting at a cafe table with a white tablecloth. On the table are a ham, a bottle and glass of wine, and of course, a French pastry. He is holding a baguette (loaf of bread) in his right hand, and flag with blue, white and red horizontal stripes in his left. He is wearing an orange striped shirt and a black beret. Behind him is a rose bush, and the Eiffel Tower is in the background with puffy clouds. Note that the stripes on the French flag should be vertical rather than the horizontal stripes shown here. Oops!
