This pin is of a Mickey Head in a silver metal with clear Swarovski crystals. It is a brooch style pin. Under the left ear it reads, "Disney". The back of this pin does not have any markings.

 

This is not the same pin as pin #21347. They are very similar but you will notice that the ears section attached to the head is not nearly as wide as they are on pin #21347.
