This is a gold metal cast member pin of Belle from Beauty and the Beast dressed in her blue dress reading a book. There is a set of black mickey ears next to her with gold writing that reads "Ears of". Under that and across her skirt is a red banner that reads "EXCELLENCE" in gold writing.

Award given to the staff of DRTSC which stands for, "Disneyland Resort Travel Services Co." It is like the umbrella company above other travel-related entities on DLR property.
