This is the Artist Proof of Pin #38718.

 

Donald and Daisy Duck are visiting the Sun Wheel in Paradise Pier located at Disney's California Adventure Theme Park. This Limited Edition pin is part of the Memories 2005 Collection celebrating memories from the Disneyland Resort. Donald is a pin-on-pin. He is wearing a Goofy hat. Daisy is holding a red Mickey Mouse head shaped balloon. The pin resembles a photo in a photo album with the black corners holding it in place on the page. "Memories 2005" is at the top left corner at an angle and "Disneyland Resort" is at the bottom right corner at an angle.

 

Back of pin is stamped AP for Artist Proof.
