This pin was given to all Disney VoluntEARS who participated in the 15th Annual CHOC/Disneyland Community Walk held in Anaheim, California on October 2, 2005. CHOC = Children's Hospital of Orange County. A minimum donation of $75.00 per walker was required in order to receive this pin. The back of the pin says: VoluntEARS Exclusive Pin - 2005 Disneyland Resort - Walk Team Exclusive - Limited Edition 500 - Copyright Disney
The pin is about 1.75 inches in size and depicts the 50th Anniversary Disneyland Resort (Sleeping Beauty) castle with Tinker Bell and her trail of pixie dust layered over a pair of Mickey Ears on a yellow background. The word VoluntEARS appears in multicolors of yellow, green, red and blue.
The pin says "Disney VoluntEARS" CHOC/DISNEYLAND RESORT WALK---2005 WALK TEAM in gold lettering. It is very similar in design to Pin 39122, with the background yellow instead of blue, and the different gold text. It also had a lower edition size of 500.
