[2008 comment: I got the following info from Alex the owner of Propins: Mickey winking, and holding a rosette for "Presse Grosso '97", made by the German manufacturer ProPin. 'Presse Grosso' is the German Federal Press Association, and this pin was produced specially for their 1997 Convention, which was attended by around 150 people. The rosette is the 'Presse Grosso' logo. It was produced in a Limited Edition of just 250 pins (this information is from ProPin, Germany themselves).
