Mickey Mouse as a member of the British Royal Guard This was one of 11 pins sold at Epcot Center during the late 1980s. They were sold at the New Towers Gift Shops that opened In World Showcase Plaza.
Mickey faces right, at attention, dressed in the maroon, grey and gold outfit of a British guard outside of Buckingham Palace. This pin is the same pose as (#14584) but has far less of a gold border around the edges of the pin and appears to be constructed of a different process. Some of the coloring is also different, as is the backstamp.
The pin measures 1/2" (12 mm) wide by 1" (25 mm) tall. The backstamp is, "© DISNEY, CHINA."
