PP50792    AAIMM - Limonaire - Frer 88 Pin

Front Description

This pin depicts two people standing on either side of, what appears to be, a jukebox or an old Nickelodean, but is, in actuality, an ancient French organ. Their outlines look like band uniforms and are covered by an umber-colored epoxy. Written above the organ, on an umber background, is, "LIMONAIRE Frer, with an accent over the 'e', 88". In the center of the organ, on a white background, is written, "AAIMM" above a gold pattern. AAIMM is the abbreviation for the Association des Amis des Instruments et de la Musique Mecanique(Association of the Friends of Instruments and Mechanical Music) that was founded in 1975. This is the logo of the association. The organ pipes are on a black background. At the top are more gold patterns on both, white and black, backgrounds.

Another member writes: Currently this pin seems to be on almost every WDW cast lanyard.

measures 1" tall by 9/16" wide. After extensive research by a member in Paris, has been determined to be a copyright infringement. The backstamp on the real pin is, "©Qualite Collectors serie limite Paris".
