Spaceship Earth geosphere represents Epcot®; Cinderella Castle with fireworks behind it represents the Magic Kingdom®; Mickey's Sorcerer's Apprentice wizard's hat with yellow "ears" represents Disney-MGM Studios; and the Tree of Life represents Disney's Animal Kingdom® Park. The Walt Disney World logo appears on the bottom of the pin, with "Walt Disney" in red lettering, and "World" in white.

 

This is a pin on pin design. The castle and Walt Disney World are the top piece. Spaceship Earth, Tree of Life, and the Hat are the bottom pin.
