It is believed that this may be the original logo for the Disney College Program and International Cast Recruitment Departments at WDW. It is further believed to have been worn by the staff that recruited at the colleges around the world for the programs at the WDW & World Showcase locations.
This logo was later adapted to just the International Recruiting Department
