Most obvious sign of a scrapper: the border of the fin along the dragon's back should ripple smoothly. On the scrapper there are sharp angles.
Also look for:
The hidden Mickey head on the scrapper may be oddly shaped. On the genuine pin, all yellow flowers in the border have two petals which touch the inner ring; the yellow flowers on scrappers might be smaller and have only one petal clearly touching the inner ring. The dragon's last two tail fins closest to the tail spade are out of place and shaped differently compared to the genuine pin. Plenty of other little differences on closer inspection if you have them side-by-side.
Scrappers of this pin can certainly be glossy and the back stamp is right-side up.
