The fake ones do have the "c" filled in to look like an "o". The real ones clearly read Hidden Mickey.

There are a few differences between the fake and the real pin

- The real one has the opening between the 2 heads

- The fake one has no opening between the 2 heads

- The real one reads clearly Mickey at the back

- The fake one reads Miokey at the back

- The real one has a darker color brown

- The fake one has a lighter color brown

- The real one has a darker color pink in the mouths

- The fake one has a lighter color pink in the mouths
