The 1998 Magic convention held Las Vegas is for the fashion industry to preview new lines and make orders. This was given to select buyers that had apointments with Disney. They were pushing Fantasia at the time.
The lanyard is blue the clasp is gold. The blue Mickey Fantasia hat has Disney Taiwan stamped on the back. That hat is just under 3 inches high.
