This pin was given out only to WDW I.T. (Information Technology) cast members.
A red oval features a pin on pin Mickey Mouse standing next to a white letter "i" dotted in yellow, extending slightly outside the left edge. The text reads "Walt Disney World®" in black at the top, "Learn IT" in yellow in the center, and "PROGRAM" in black at the bottom. It measures 1½" wide x ¾" high.
Similar to Pin #27213 except that Mickey is larger, covering nearly half of the letter "i" instead of standing next to it.
The reverse says:
