This is a prototype of a pin that is now given to guests at the Adventurers Club on Disney's Pleasure Island.

 

According to the auction description, this prototype pin was only given to employees of the Disney company (making it a Cast Member pin) and has an edition size of 100.

 

It is a large pin, about 2.5 inches square, and has a jewelry pin clasp on the back.
