Tink is flying with her feet up, and is wearing a conical, dark blue party hat that has pink dots and yellow stars on it. She has a red and yellow striped horn in her right hand, and is blowing on a whistle/tooter/streamer that has a red feather on the end.

This is the three pin Artist Proof set of pin 51484. These pins are as follows from left to right: Silver Base Metal, Gold Base Metal and Black Base Metal.
The gold base metal was used to make the LE250 which was released to Disney Shopping. The silver and black base metals are each one of a kind. All three have the AP mark on the back of each pin.
