Awarded exclusively at the Disneyland Resort, the Spirit of Disney pin is Disneyland's counterpart to the Partner's In Excellence pin at Walt Disney World. Each year at Disneyland a unique and distinct Spirit pin is awarded to those Cast members who demonstrate they share heart and soul of all that Walt Disney epitomized. While Disneyland Resort Cast members are able to win the award each year, Walt Disney World Cast Members can only win one Partners In Excellence pin during their career.
