There is a grammatical error, as the pin is missing the 's, on St. Patrick's! The pin is a pin-on-pin, with Chip and Dale raised above the base of the pin.

 

Chip is sitting on the brim of a large green top hat, holding sharocks. Dale is underneath the hat. The hat has "2007" in green glitter on it.
