Donald is scowling/frowning. The inkwell has green glitter in it, a blue stripe below Donald, and "Disneyland® Resort" appears in red on the label of the jar. Donald is on a spring and can be pushed down in the inkwell until only the top of his head shows - he moves from side to side also.
