The 14th Annual Epcot® International Flower and Garden Festival bursts into bloom on April 5, 2007 and runs through June 3, 2007. This Limited Edition pin was designed by Disney Design Group Artist Dawn Ockstadt and features Chip and Dale as cute characters.
