This is one of the bats in The Flying Mouse from Silly Symphonies. He is standing upright with his wings extended menacingly. The interior of his wings is blue.

 

He measures 1.75 inches wide by 1.5 inches high.

 

The back is gold with the ODPT logo on the left, the 999 Happy Haunts logo on the right, and bottom center it says Limited to 25, Copyright Disney, Made in China.
