Front Description
Based on the research I have done, this was given to participants in the CDPHP Youth and Family fitness program. The pin is an ornage/brown background with a basketball and light green leaf on it. The top has Radio Disney in orange amd MOVE IT! in purple. The lower left corner has and CDPHP logo in green and white writing.
CDPHP stands for "Capital District Physicians Health Plan" and is an HMO for the Capital region of New York State.
