From "Disney's Crafty Ghosts and Cunning Characters" Framed Pin Set by Disney Artist Mark Seppala. This is one of the ghosts from Lonesome Ghosts. He has his arms and legs spread out, as if to frighten someone and is wearing a hat. The back of the pin is silver. The 999 Happy Haunts logo is on the left, the ODPT logo 2003 is on the right, and the center bottom reads Copyright Disney, Made in China, Limited to 50.

The pin measures 1” high by 1.75” wide.

 

This is from the 2003 999 Happy Haunts Event in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This is the second such event celebrating The Haunted Mansion.
