At the top is a ladder and hook-pole icon, and the bottom has a fire hydrant/fireplug. On the left is "MK" and the right is "FD", for Magic Kingdom Fire Department.

 

This gold-finished, textured-back pin measures 1 5/8" tall by 1 5/8" wide. It is backstamped with the 2007 pin trading logo.
