Unknown origin of this pin. The top is the McDonald's logo and Splash for Cash under that. Splash Mountain in in yellow with gold. Under that says "New at Disneyland" which is actually in gold. The scan does not do it any justice. The back has 1990. Looks to be some regional promotion for McDonald's and Splash Mountain.
