This pin is a tie tack and it's a service award pin received after 15 years as a member of the Crisis Management Team. The Walt Disney crisis management team works together during a crisis to assure the safety of their guests and employees. It is only given to employees who have been on the team for 15 years.
It is a Black frosted pin with a gold etching sketch of Mickey Mouse in his firefighter uniform. It says "Crisis Management" at the top, and "15 Years" at the bottom. Between two rubys.
It is 1" tall and 3/4" wide.
