I saw this lanyard on somebody the other day at WDW and was told it was recently given out. It is about 2 inches by 3 inches. Says Labor Operations in black towards the bottom, and in red at the bottom Walt Disney World. Above the writing is a few lines that form mickey ears. It is on a thin "bolo" style black lanyard with a silver clip on the bottom.
The Cast Lanyard was distributed at the annual Labor Operations Cast Party 2007, and Was Never Sold to Cast or Public. They were only given if you were a Labor Operations Cast Member, which is a Backstage role, and 1 per cast member with all lanyards given out.
