This LE 3500 pin was released on 14 Jun 2001 during the Magic Kingdom Pin Event, Countdown to Disney's Pin Celebration, at Walt Disney World in Florida. It came in a blue-velvet, hinged, presentation jewelry box. This pin was meant to be one of eight pins which completed the Pixie's Pin Path map that was handed out to event-goers. It had a place near the bottom of the map, in the courtyard.
There are two separate pins here, permanently connected with a gold chain that stretched from the coachman's left hand to the lead horses' bit. The door to Cinderella's coach is a hinged, pin-on-pin element. When open, it reveals Cinderella sitting her carriage, which is actually a plate that's been mounted behind the carriage body. Cinderella is waving with her left hand, and the footman and coachman are looking in her direction. The four white horses, harnessed in pairs, sport pink plumes on their heads.
Coach measures about 2 x 1.5 inches.
Team of Horses measures 2 x 1.5 inches.
