This pin is from the framed set entitled "The Villains Crew". One of 4 pins, the set was offered at the 2003 WDW Mickey's Party Gras Event. The entire set is Pinpics #19588.
The Old Hag, from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, is wearing all black and is facing left, holding a brown staff with a colorful pennant flying. The pennant is red with the letter "V", then black and green checks, and finally, purple tips.
Size is 2 1/2" x 1 3/4". Hard enamel on gold metal. The back denotes 2003, le 50, Parti Gras with proper Disney copyright.
