This is a lanyard and 4 pin set featuring Tinker Bell in 2 different poses. One would be "Blushing Tink" and the other would be "Dancing Tink". There are 2 pins of each. The lanyard is pink bordered with purple and plastic holder has Tink's head on it.

 

Individual pins are Pin 54931 and Pin 54932.
