This pin, attached to a passport, was given to Disney cast members who attended the Employee Forum at the Disney Studios in 1991. The inside cover reads, "Michael and Frank hereby request the employee/cast member of The Walt Disney Company herein to bring a smile to other's faces around the world and, in case of need, to make Disney magic. Date of Issue: April 10, 1991. Place of Issue: The Employee Forum, Sound Stage Two, The Walt Disney Studios." Pin measures 1-1/2" x 1" and has Mickey Mouse, Minnie and Pluto flying around the world.
