This pin of 3 Pups was included in a hidden compartment of the fireplace of the Cruella Pin Box. The Box shows Cruella standing in front of a fireplace and television showing Thunderbolt.

This was sold with a figurine of Cruella standing in front of a fireplace,through the DSs. The pin was located in a secret compartment revealed when the top of the fireplace was slid to the side.

 

The pin is some sort of resin with a straight pin back.
