Part of the 100 Years of Magic series from the Mickey & Pals Stores in Japan. This is a rounded off orange square with Donald Duck pumping up the tires on an old car using a bicycle pump. The 100 years of Magic logo is in the lower right corner and on a blue banner in the upper left is "Donald's Tire Trouble". 1943 is written under the right end of the banner.
