This pin is part of the Streets Have Character Collection for Mickey's Pin Festival of Dreams and features a spinner element. The pin was created by Disney Design Group Artist Rachael Sur.

 

Tink is flying in front of a red-roofed ToonTown house. The green hills behind the house have "TOONTOWN" in white letters on them, and a blue marbleized circle behind the hills spins - it says, "Where the Streets have Character" on one side, and a smiling Sun with silver stars on the other.

 

Size: approx. 1 3/4" H x 2" W.
