Front Description
This is the 5th version of this pin. It features Mickey Mouse wearing a pin lanyard with his arms outstreched. There are a pair of Mickey ears directly above him and a clock with ears to the left of his head. The time on the clock says 1:20. There's also a T-Shirt with a Mickey profile above his left hand. He is wearing his traditional red shirt, white gloves, and yellow shoes. The word Merchantainment is arched along the bottom. It looks exactly like #41827 except it has a metallic peach background color.
Cast Members who had 3 good Performance Reviews in a row were awarded this pin through the end of 2006. This pin was alternated with the other Merchantainment pins so that Cast Members didn't get the same pin each time it was awarded. This award program was discontinued in 2006 and all of the pins have now been retired.
