Released on 2 Jul 2001 at WDW, this pin commemorates the 15th Anniversary of the release of the Great Mouse Detective. The major characters appear on the top portion of the pin and the dangle is a bell that says 15th Anniversary.
The characters are Basil, Major David Q. Dawson, M.D. & Professor Ratigan. The bell is what Ratigan used to call his pet cat when he needed to "discipline" someone.
