Betty has "06" on her helmet (possibly inferring the year 2006) and her Fire Chief 'car' has "BOOP" on the front license plate. the Image of Mickey is identical to pin # 12027.
This pin has a very small Lions Club emblem near the bottom between Mickey's left foot, and Betty's left boot.
pin is approx. 2"x2" at it's widest and tallest points.
There is no stamp on the reverse side of the pin and it is double posted.
