Moderator Update: Be aware that as of Sept. 2010 this pin is being offered for sale to pin collectors directly from a factory in China. As such no one can guarantee the authenticity of this pin, unless you have purchased it directly from Disney yourself.
Scrapper and Real pin side by side will be uploaded by moderators for comparison. There are a few noticeable differences between the two pins. Most notably, the lack of white backgrounding at the top of the pin over Tink's head, along with thicker lines in her hat. Color variations throughout the pin, rope bordering slightly darker than real pin, lip variation, kerchief knot shows Tink's hair color on scrapper. Greenish hue on blue background on scrapper. Scrapper also has error line on Tink's left hand (to you on your right) where the line crosses through the pinky finger.(see inset close up top right side of picture) Backstamps between both pins are identical, however scrapper version has same pebbled back with smooth portions near the circular edges.
