On the counterfeit version, there is "fill" between Figment's tail and his hand that is not holding the nametag. There is also "fill" between his wing and face. Also, the word Figment on the nametag is cramped and close together. Backstamp on some bootlegs is missing the "c" in the © symbol. It is also significantly smaller than the CM version measuring: 1" high by 1 1/4" wide.
