Mickey Mouse and Tinker Bell are featured in this limited edition, Cast Exclusive pin. This pin was designed by Disney Cast Member Nanette Rodgers from Holiday Services. Her design was selected as one of the winning entries of the 2007 Cast Member Create-A-Pin Contest at the Walt Disney World® Resort. The pin features a hinged element shaped like a puzzle piece. Inside the puzzle piece, there is the phrase, "The Pieces Fit Because of You."
