Front Description
This pin was given to cast members who worked in Fantasyland in 1992. It has "Team Fantasyland" in red across Excalibur, the sword from "The Sword In The Stone".
We received this additional information from the person who actually designed this pin: This was an exclusive pin sold to CMs of Disneyland. Team Fantasyland was the title of a morale-boosting CM program from 1989-1991 for the Fantasyland area. Approximately 500 pins were initally made. The use of Excalibur was to mirror the Sword In the Stone that can be found in front of the King Arthur Carousel. The lettering was based on the style that was used when Fantasyland was reopened from its area makeover.
