The Best Guest Royal Treatment program was offered by Disney Catalog in the fall of 2000 by placing an order for $150 in a given time frame (a few weeks). Apparently, there were a few different pins given, but you had to be invited to be a Disney Catalog Best Guest to obtain one of those pins.
According to the story of the individual who send me the picture of this pin, they were one of the first 50 Best Guest members, and while at Disneyana 2000 were invited to a private party for members of that group who were there. At was at that party that this pin was awarded. If this is the case, the LE would be 50 (can someone confirm?).
The pin is a yellow crest with purple border with a purple banner at the top reading "Disneyana 2000." Below it is a red Mickey head icon with a gold crown. It is similar to the icon used on (#3929) and lanyard (#15736) which were used as part of the Best Guest program. In addition, there is another crest-type pin (#27932) which has the Mickey icon with crown, but it has Disney characters on it.
The pin measures 1" (25 mm) wide and tall. The backstamp is, "© DISNEY, China."
