This is the little girl from the "Rhapsody in Blue" segment. Issued in May 2001. Although never officially given a name in the movie, this character's name is Rachel. She has curly blue and gold hair, is wearing a purple coat and hat, with a blue brim and is holding a red ball with a black stripe.
Similar to the one issued at DL, but larger and reverse image.
