This is a metal pin made in Italy for Italian Mickey Mouse (Topolino) Comic Magazine´s Fan Club back in the 1970s. Measures approximately 2 cm tall. Similar pins were made for other characters.

 

Member reports that lighter colored versions of this pin have been found.
